Terms of Service

Last updated April 2026.

By using PrivacySuit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Not a Law Firm

PrivacySuit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Submitting a complaint does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.

What We Do

PrivacySuit is a technical documentation and case referral service. We collect consumer privacy complaints, conduct technical audits of reported websites, and connect consumers with qualified plaintiff-side attorneys when violations are found. We make no guarantee that submitting a complaint will result in legal action or any compensation.

Your Submission

By submitting a complaint, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant PrivacySuit the right to use your complaint information to conduct an audit and, if a violation is found, to share that information with attorneys for the purpose of potential legal action.

No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee that any complaint will result in a legal filing, settlement, or payment of any kind. The decision to pursue legal action rests entirely with the attorneys we work with.

Limitation of Liability

PrivacySuit is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including any reliance on information provided through the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
