About PrivacySuit
Built by the people who implement the pixels — and know exactly when they shouldn't be firing.
PrivacySuit was founded by a digital analytics and tag management professional with over a decade of hands-on experience implementing the very tools that companies use to track users. We've built tracking stacks, configured consent management platforms, and wired up conversion pixels across dozens of enterprise websites.
That background gives us something no law firm has: the technical ability to prove a privacy violation at the code level — not just suspect one.
How We See the Problem
Privacy laws like CPRA, BIPA, and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights give consumers real rights. But exercising those rights requires evidence — and most people don't know how to find it. When you click "Reject All" on a cookie banner, you have no way of knowing whether that click actually stopped the tracking, or whether it was theater.
We do. We know how to download a HAR file, read the network calls, identify which pixels fired, match them to third-party data brokers, and document exactly what happened after you said no. That documentation is what turns a complaint into a case.
What We Do
We collect consumer complaints, manually audit the reported websites, and build documented evidence packages when we find violations. Those packages go to experienced plaintiff-side privacy attorneys who can take the cases forward — often as class actions, since if a site is ignoring one person's opt-out, it's ignoring everyone's.
