For Privacy Attorneys

We do the technical work. You do the legal work.

If you practice plaintiff-side privacy law, you know the problem: finding cases that are technically provable is hard. Most consumer complaints are vague — "I think they tracked me" — with no documentation to support a filing. We solve that.

What We Deliver

When a consumer reports a site to PrivacySuit, we manually audit it from within the complainant's jurisdiction. We walk the same pages they did, capture HAR files before and after consent interaction, and document exactly what tracking calls fired — including at conversion points like checkout confirmation pages, where violations are most common and most valuable.

If we find a documentable violation, we build an evidence package that includes:

  • Full HAR file captures with timestamps
  • Cookie state before and after opt-out interaction
  • Identified pixels and third-party data broker calls
  • Consent banner analysis and cookie consent record
  • Applicable law analysis based on complainant's state
  • Complainant contact information and signed consent

The Class Action Angle

Privacy violations are systematic by nature. If a site is firing a Meta Pixel after opt-out for one California consumer, it's doing it for all of them. Our documentation is built with this in mind — every audit is structured to support class certification, not just individual claims.

How to Work With Us

We're building a network of plaintiff-side privacy attorneys across jurisdictions. When we have a validated case in your practice area, we'll reach out. We work on a flat fee per evidence package plus an optional contingency arrangement on final verdicts or settlements.

PrivacySuit is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. We are a technical documentation and case referral service.
